1½ hr one-time commitment (every weekday afternoon M-F 4:00-5:30pm), meeting with and making a lasting impact on developing professionals during our daily High Tea.
High Tea sign up for cycle 1 is full. We will open the online scheduling calendar for cycle 2, which runs September 2018-January 2019, in August. High Tea calendars typically become available for online sign up a month before a cycle starts.
Career/Resume Coaches commit to 2-3 exchanges over 4 months, working 1:1 with an intern to develop a polished resume.
The i.c.stars Career + Coffee Chat series pairs an individual intern with a volunteer for a 30 minute coffee meeting.
The i.c.stars Mock Interview Night pairs volunteers with 2-3 interns over the course of the evening. Each mock interview is an average of 20 minutes followed by 5-10 minutes of verbal feedback. Interview guide is provided.

1 hr, bi-weekly commitment for 3 months working 1:1 with an intern to develop competencies in business communications.
2 hr, monthly commitment for 3 months working 1:1 with an intern on compiling, analyzing and writing metrics-driven reports.
2 hr session, monthly commitment coaching on social media tools.
2 hr, weekly commitment (on-going) working 1:1 with an intern to guide him or her through corporate culture.
These opportunities are available based on need per cycle.
