High Tea Speaker

1½ hr one-time commitment (every weekday afternoon M-F 4:00-5:30pm), meeting with and making a lasting impact on developing professionals during our daily High Tea.

High Tea sign up for cycle 1 is full. We will open the online scheduling calendar for cycle 2, which runs September 2018-January 2019, in August. High Tea calendars typically become available for online sign up a month before a cycle starts. 


Career/Resume Coach

Career/Resume Coaches commit to 2-3 exchanges over 4 months, working 1:1 with an intern to develop a polished resume.

Career + Coffee Chat

The ​i.c.stars Career + Coffee Chat​ series pairs an individual intern with a volunteer for a 30 minute coffee meeting.

Mock Interview Night

The ​i.c.stars Mock Interview Night​ pairs volunteers with 2-3 interns over the course of the evening. Each mock interview is an average of 20 minutes followed by 5-10 minutes of verbal feedback. Interview guide is provided.

Business Writing Coach

1 hr, bi-weekly commitment for 3 months working 1:1 with an intern to develop competencies in business communications.

Data Analyst Coach

2 hr, monthly commitment for 3 months working 1:1 with an intern on compiling, analyzing and writing metrics-driven reports.

Social Media Tools Expert

2 hr session, monthly commitment coaching on social media tools.

Entry-Level Resident Mentor

2 hr, weekly commitment (on-going) working 1:1 with an intern to guide him or her through corporate culture.

These opportunities are available based on need per cycle. If interested, please submit your resume with an introduction email and your contact information to our Office Manager, Amelia Sanders asanders@icstars.org. We typically reach out to potential workshop facilitators and mentors 1-2 months before a cycle begins.
