Milwaukee Intern Recruitment is Now Underway   

i.c.stars is now selecting candidates for our first Milwaukee cohort. This spring, a group of talented young adults will enter the tech workforce through our immersive, 16-week paid internship. We develop technology and leadership skills in those with innate abilities who may have otherwise lacked the opportunity to launch a career. Top Volunteer Opportunities: Be a Part of i.c.stars    

We are changing Milwaukee’s technology landscape, and you can play an important part. These upcoming volunteer opportunities are ideal for busy technology and business leaders. Help us create the diverse, inspired and talented tech workforce Milwaukee needs:


  • Join Us for High Tea. Every weekday afternoon beginning in April, we invite a senior executive to join us for an inspirational hour. Share the story of your career and approach to leadership. High Tea is one of the highlights and cornerstones of our training program. (90-minute commitment; please contact us to arrange.)


  • Career and Resume Coaches. Be paired one-on-one with a trainee to encourage his or her progress through i.c.stars. Our Career and Resume Coaches volunteer for three sessions over the course of our 4-month program.


  • Mock Interviewers. Participate in the behavioral and technical interview sessions that help prepare our stars to enter the workforce. This 3-hour commitment is a monthly opportunity.
