Sarah Dollhausen
General Manager

Sarah's leadership experience spans more than 20 years developing and growing start-ups, including 13 years as founding manager of a Milwaukee nonprofit. 

Sarah has more than 10 years of experience in the tech industry, including work for Fortune 500 companies, running her own tech consulting company, building computer labs, and developing and teaching curriculum.

"I live out my mantra, Well Behaved Women Rarely Make History, through my mission-driven work and by disrupting systems," she says.

She enjoys traveling and making memories with her fiancé, Lafayette, and three children, Assana, Nasir, and the newest addition, baby Alex Marie. 

William Caraher  
Chair, Milwaukee Advisory Board

William is the CIO and Director of Operations for the Milwaukee-based law firm von Briesen & Roper, s.c.    

In 2015, William fielded a call from i.c. stars founder Sandee Kastrul who was looking to expand i.c.stars to new cities. William and a few von Briesen attorneys led by Carmen Anderson and Dale Egan helped garner support from Milwaukee’s technology leaders and existing community programs around the benefits of bringing i.c.stars to Milwaukee.

William earned his MBA degree from Marquette University and a Bachelors of Science from DePaul University. He is an adjunct professor at the Marquette College of Business and has developed coursework for the Marquette Law School and Mount Mary University. William has also won awards from the International Legal Technology Association, The Wisconsin Bar Association, and has been recognized as a standout CIO by Forbes & Huffington Post. In 2016, he was named CIO of the Year by the Milwaukee Business Journal. 

Benjamin Juarez
Technology Training Manager

Ben comes to i.c. stars Milwaukee after more than a decade in public policy. He is founder of Cream City Coders, a startup that teaches young students to code. He first began to code in Python in 2012 and expanded to JavaScript, Swift, and C#. He has created desktop, web and mobile applications using several frameworks and development environments. 

In his spare time, Ben likes to stay engaged in his community in the near Southside (the Silver City neighborhood to be precise). He serves on the boards of Layton Boulevard West Neighbors and the Walker’s Point Center for the Arts, and is a part of many committees focusing on Milwaukee’s tech talent (including the secret ones).

Ben strongly believes in lifelong learning, which is something he hopes to instill in each intern that walks through the doors of his office.

William Deck
Client Success Manager

William’s sales and leadership experience spans more than 10 years in the corporate sector with consulting and business development roles in insurance, healthcare and construction.

William has participated in executive leadership programs for Fortune 500 companies and community organizations, which gives him unique perspectives that balance his views on corporate social responsibility.
“My three personal pillars are focused on honor, integrity and family. These guiding lights empower me to make decisions and take action for the right reasons, allowing me to sleep well each night”, he says.
William enjoys staying physically fit through regular exercise and traveling with his wife Lauryn and close family and friends.

Leia Ferrari
Talent Placement Manager 

Leia is a digital native who has spent her career working with enterprise-level companies and community-based organizations. In 2014 she found herself at the intersection of technology and education, working at one of the nation's first coding bootcamps. She has coached hundreds of individuals on the path to full-time employment and finds joy in witnessing people fulfill their potential.

Leia enjoys reading, playing in the dirt, and movement in any form. She is glad to be back near family in Wisconsin and tries to see new corners of the world - or familiar places with new eyes - in her free time.

Rosalinda Fowlkes
Talent Development Manager

Rosa has 12 years of experience in human services, recruitment, retention, marketing and developing career plans. She is committed to helping those in need in any way she can.  

"Be humble. Be hungry. And always be the hardest worker in the room," she says. "I feel that you need to get yourself out there and be willing to take a risk professionally and personally."
Rosa enjoys reading, working with art, and fitness. She loves her children, Eliseo, Bentley, and her husband Steve. They love Bucks games and are always ready for adventure.

Amelia Sanders
Office Manager

Amelia has more than 15 years of experience in customer service, including team management, development and training. She has also worked in case management helping clients fine tune skills for gainful employment. 

"I constantly remind myself of the words from a previous mentor, 'If your mind can conceive it, and you believe it, then you can achieve it'," she says. "This is what pushes me to succeed, and help others to succeed."
